Are there separate sessions for boys and girls?Yes, we offer separate sessions for boys and girls to ensure tailored training that meets the unique needs and development of each group.

What age groups and skill levels do you cater to?We cater to 6U, 8U, 10U, 12U, 14U, and high school boys and girls. All skill levels.

What are turf cleats?Turf cleats are specifically designed for artificial turf surfaces, featuring numerous small rubber studs or nubs that provide optimal traction and stability without damaging the turf. Note: We allow both turf cleats and athletic shoes in our facility.

Do you have options for specialty positions?Absolutely! Our sessions are packed with drills to sharpen offensive and defensive skills, and defensive players are welcome to bring their long poles to get in some extra reps. Goalies - We’ve just launched small-group goalie sessions! Check the schedule and join us to level up your skills. Plus, weekend Skill Games & Speed Lax sessions are perfect for some game-like action in the net! Can I book your facility?Yes! We offer two exciting options for private bookings: Team Practices – Reserve our facility exclusively for your team’s practice with your own coaches. Perfect for focusing on team-specific drills, game strategies, or skill-building in a dedicated space. - Rental is $110 / session, contact us for more information. Private Group Sessions – Gather a group of friends for a customized training session with our coaches! Do you sell lacrosse equipment and training tools?Yes, we do! Through our partnership with ES Lacrosse, we offer a variety of essential lacrosse equipment and training tools to support your player’s development, including: - Sticks, gloves, helmets, and protective gear - Training aids like nets, rebounders, agility ladders, targets and more. If you don’t see what you’re looking for in the facility, let us know—we can help find the right gear for you!
